18+ (As above and...) All lip piercings (vertical labret, philtrum, etc), nipple
ID REQUIREMENTS & PARENTAL CONSENT
I operate similarly to the UK Government 'Challenge 25' strategy, so please always bring ID with you to your appointment, regardless of age. Failure to do so may result in a failed appoinment and cancellation charge.
ID FOR PERSONS 16+

Other photographic ID card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) holograam.
ID's & PARENTAL CONSENT FOR UNDER 16S
A parent / legal guardian MUST attend to give parental consent.
Please bring ALL of the following:โ

Photo ID of the parent (see list above)

Photo ID of the child (i.e. passport, Citizen ID card, or other similar ID card bearing the PASS hologram)

Birth certificate with both the parent's and child's names on (or legal guardianship paperwork in the case of adoption / foster)
