18+ (As above and...) All lip piercings, tongue, bridge, nipple

ID REQUIREMENTS & PARENTAL CONSENT

I operate similarly to the UK Government 'Challenge 25' strategy, so please always bring ID with you to your appointment, regardless of age.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF ID FOR PERSONS 16+

​Please bring ONE of the following:

​

  • Driving license (full or provisional)

  • Passport

  • Validate UK card

  • Other photographic ID card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) holograam.

PARENTAL CONSENT FOR UNDER 16S

Parental consent is required for under 16s by law.

Please bring ALL of the following:

​

  • Proof of ID of the parent (see list above)

  • Proof of ID of the child (see list below)

  • Birth certificate with both the parent's and child's names on

ACCEPTED FORMS OF ID FOR UNDER 16S

Please bring ONE of the following:

​

  • Passport

  • Validate UK / Citizen ID card

  • Other ID card bearing the PASS hologram

ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 16 WITHOUT A PARENT AND/OR ALL NECESSARY FORMS OF ID WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
